Effective immediately, Newport Athletic Club's Wednesday Masters practice has been moved to 6:30-7:45pm to accommodate a class that runs until 6:30. The Monday 6:00-7:15pm practice schedule remains unchanged. There will be a renewed effort to start on time, generally with a 10-minute unstructured warmup period followed by structured sets. Written workouts totaling 2000-4200 yards are usually available for 4-6 different levels. For more practice info/options see Locations & Schedules.
