- 8:00 to 8:25 dryland exercises (gym clothes & sneakers)
- 8:30 to 10:00 swim practice (structured warm up)
- November 2019 through May 2020
- Nice 6-lane, 25-yard, 80-degree pool
- 4,500+ yard workout (you may leave early)
- Bring paddles, pull buoy, kick board & short fins
- Bring a yoga mat for pre-swim dryland exercises

Private Swim Technique Sessions - Saturdays 10:15 to 11:15 AM
Professional stroke technique analysis and instruction (30 or 60 minute sessions)
- 10:15 to 10:45 AM and/or 10:45 to 11:15 AM
- Focus on freestyle, any stroke, or starts & turns
- November 2019 through May 2020
- Nice 6-lane, 25-yard, 80-degree pool
- Please bring short fins if you have them
